Refund and Returns Policy Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the guidelines below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items

Intimate or sanitary products
Health and personal care items
Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Items without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at sales@dearbabyshopgh.com and send your item to any of our branches.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, send it to any of our branches.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
